Join The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington’s Real Estate Division for the 2026 Network Spring Real Estate Breakfast—an exclusive morning of networking and engaging discussion with leaders shaping the future of Georgetown. This program will explore the strategic revitalization of Georgetown through a Jewish business lens. The conversation will then feature a panel of distinguished local business owners and real estate leaders, moderated by Deborah Bilek, CEO of the Georgetown Business Improvement District. The program will open with introductory remarks from Marco Ferrario, Co-Owner of Flor Coffee + Books, followed by a panel discussion featuring Andrew Dana, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Call Your Mother Deli, Dan Simons, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Founding Farmers, and Kim Stein, Principal at KLNB. Together, they will share insights on how thoughtful development, community-driven initiatives, and innovative business practices are shaping Georgetown’s growth and revitalization. This intimate breakfast offers a unique opportunity to connect with peers, gain practical insights, and explore how Jewish leadership and collaboration in the real estate sector can influence the future of Georgetown and Greater Washington.

Music, Masks & Smiles: A Purim Family Celebration
Federation’s impact reaches every corner of our community, creating warm, welcoming spaces where families can connect, celebrate, and grow together. On March 1, in partnership with Bender JCC, we’re excited to invite families with young children to a vibrant Purim-themed morning filled with music, creativity, and joy. Enjoy an upbeat performance by Mr. Ari, an engaging PJ Library story time, and a hands-on mask-making activity that brings the holiday’s playful spirit to life. It’s a morning designed to nurture a sense of belonging and a powerful opportunity to experience how Federation is fostering connection, supporting families, and strengthening the Jewish identity of our youngest community members.

To help the Yad Yehuda food pantry, we encourage everyone to bring a non-perishable canned good with a current expiration date. This event is best suited for families with children ages 0-5. Northern Virginia Community Resetting the Table Workshop
Strengthen our Northern Virginia Jewish leadership community. The NoVA Leadership Series brings Jewish leaders and professionals together to deepen relationships, gain practical leadership skills, and strengthen our collective capacity to meet the evolving needs of the Northern Virginia community. The second workshop in the series—offered in partnership with Resetting the Table—features a Speaking Across Conflict workshop that brings together lay leaders from NoVA for a dynamic afternoon of skill-building. Participants will have the opportunity to share their own views and experiences in a way that makes both differences and commonalities visible. In this interactive session, you will:
  • Deepen your listening skills to elevate conversations across our community
  • Gain practical tools to speak with confidence across differences
  • Offer feedback as we explore ways to share and utilize these skills more broadly
Featuring Dani Panitch, Resetting the Table’s Associate Facilitator & Trainer Dani Panitch Headshot Dani is a facilitator with a passion for leadership development, relational psychology, and productive conflict. As an Associate Facilitator and Trainer, Dani currently leads RTT trainings and workshops for professionals and communities nationwide. Since 2018, Dani has played several roles at RTT, most recently serving as the Senior Program Manager, building the systems that support RTT’s programs. Dani has worked at a variety of non-profit organizations and schools throughout New York City, including UJA-Federation, MDRC, and Quest2Learn, providing research, teaching and programmatic support. Dani holds a B.S. in Applied Psychology from NYU’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Iona University. During her time at NYU, Dani was awarded the Student Exemplar of Excellence Award for her campus bridge-building work, and she is a proud alumnus of RTT’s Campus Internship program.
