The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington Professional Development and Executive 1:1 Coaching

As part of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington’s focus area of Organizational Resilience, Federation is coordinating and subsidizing a third year of Executive 1:1 Coaching for our community leadership. The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership. Senior leaders in the Greater Washington Jewish community will have the opportunity to work with executive coaches in a partnership designed to develop their ability to lead their organization and the community within a complex, uncertain environment.

As part of this program, organizational senior leadership of partner agencies in the Greater Washington Jewish Community can apply to receive up to 8 hours of Executive Coaching. Federation will enable community leaders to partner with an experienced coach who holds an advanced International Coaching Federation credential. This year, Federation will generously subsidize 75% of the coaching costs and organizations will be responsible to pay for 25% of the cost of this opportunity. Please complete the following form by March 20, 2024, to nominate yourself or a senior member of your team to participate in the program. Determinations of acceptance to this year’s cohort will be made by March 25, 2024. Please save the date for an orientation to the program, March 28th at 12:00 PM on Zoom. Please reach out with any questions to Noa Havivi, Manager of Community Impact ([email protected]).
