Chief Financial & Administrative Officer

Reporting to the CEO, Gil Preuss, the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) will be an integral member of Federation’s internal Executive Leadership team, responsible for the oversight of essential administrative and financial aspects of the business. The CFAO is a key strategic partner to Federation’s professional leadership and volunteer leadership.

Job Description

Communications Manager- Marketing & Communications

The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington’s Communications Manager will be a talented writer, experienced collaborator, and strategic communicator. They will develop and implement new, creative ways of translating Federation’s impact to key stakeholders (including donors, lay leaders, and Jewish communal professionals) and the community at large.

Job Description

Director- Women’s Philanthropy

As a leader on the Donor Engagement team, the Director of Women’s Philanthropy is a relationship builder, working with donors and lay leaders to advance Federation’s mission. The Director is a dynamic team player and experienced fundraiser with a proven track record of cultivating relationships, building a donor pipeline, and soliciting gifts, including Lions of Judah ($5,000+) and Forever Lions (Lion of Judah Endowment). Through a strategic, donor-centric, cohort-based model, the Director is responsible for increasing donor retention and acquisition via peer groups and relationships, such as small groups, larger events, and immersive missions.
