Shared Destiny | Separate Paths: A Leadership Forum on American Jewry & Israel

March 19, 2023 9:00 am - 3:30 pm

American Jewry’s relationship and connection with Israel has been evolving since the State of Israel’s establishment nearly 75 years ago. Today, Jewish leaders in America and Israel are grappling with how to maintain and strengthen relations between communities with unique interests, commitments, and contexts.

There has never been a more pressing time to gather preeminent voices for a deep conversation and exploration on the subject.

Join us, alongside some of the foremost thought leaders on the Israel-Diaspora relationship, to deepen our understanding of the forces at play and the implications of this evolving relationship on Jewish life and community, and to consider ways to redefine and reshape it for the future.

This exclusive gathering will connect Greater Washington’s Jewish communal leaders with renowned scholars and practitioners in both informal conversation and facilitated sessions.
