Giving Tuesday is here! On November 28, Giving Tuesday will kick the charitable season into high gear!
With less than six weeks left in our campaign, we have an opportunity to create excitement and encourage our community to participate in this annual celebration of giving back. This is the time when our generous donors, who have not yet made their commitment to Federation, start to focus on their end-of-year giving, and we want to make sure that they do not miss out on the incredible opportunity to make an impact on our Jewish community. To sweeten the deal, we are pleased to announce that thanks to a match from Carol and Gary Berman, all new and increased gifts will be matched dollar for dollar!
Here is how YOU can leverage Giving Tuesday to close gifts!
Get personal:
If you have not already done so, make your gift on Giving Tuesday. Remember, any increase will be doubled, so double your impact while helping the campaign build important momentum. We promise to be twice as thankful!
Pick up the phone:
Call your donors on Monday night, to let them know that Tuesday, November 28 is Giving Tuesday, and that they have an opportunity to double their impact to support Federation’s critical work. Any increased or new donation will be doubled on Giving Tuesday! Their gift reaches far and wide, touching, changing and saving lives across our community. Their impact is critical; they are helping local Holocaust survivors live independently and with dignity, enabling victims of natural disasters to receive critical support in their time of need, ensuring that local teens head to college with a strong Jewish identity – and much more.
