Northern Virginia Leadership Cohort 2026-27

Federation is launching its third Northern Virginia Leadership Cohort, an immersive experience that brings together 16–20 dynamic lay leaders from across NoVA to shape the future of Jewish life. Participants will build meaningful relationships, sharpen their leadership skills, and collaborate on bold ideas they can bring back to their organizations and community.

Led once again by the incredible Rae Ringel, the cohort will gather for four in‑person sessions packed with storytelling, creative problem‑solving, visioning, and deep connection. Additional Zoom sessions will keep the momentum going as participants practice new skills and strengthen trust. Whether you’re a board member, a committed volunteer, or an emerging leader ready to grow, this cohort is your launchpad.
