Through grants, capacity-building, and strategic partnerships, we help community organizations respond to emerging needs, strengthen their work, and create meaningful opportunities for connection, belonging, and impact.
When funding opportunities are available, Federation issues Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to advance specific priorities within our areas of impact. These opportunities are designed to address emerging needs, support innovative ideas, and strengthen the programs and services that help our community thrive.

Young Adults: Building Pathways to Jewish Connection
Federation is seeking to fund initiatives that help young adults (ages 22–39) move from initial interest to sustained engagement in Jewish life. We welcome proposals that strengthen relationship-based entry points, immersive experiences, Jewish learning, and connections across the broader Jewish community.

Families with Children: Strengthening Family Engagement
