- NEXUS: An eight-session program for rising Jewish leaders in their 20s and 30s to build leadership skills, connect with mentors, and explore how Jewish values can guide your impact. Next cohort launches Spring 2026.
- Federation Next Gen Board: Next Gen Board members are young adults, ages 22-40, who are passionate about shaping Jewish life in Greater Washington.
- National Young Leadership Cabinet (NYLC): Cabinet brings together a national network of Jewish leaders ages 30–40 for deep Jewish learning, immersive travel, and high-level philanthropic leadership. Members commit to a minimum $5,000 annual gift and join a North American community of changemakers.
