We’ll begin at 5:30 pm with early candle lighting for young families, followed by an all-levels yoga practice led by Rabbi Hannah at 6:00 pm, inspired by the spirit of Shabbat and Jewish wisdom.

At the same time, children are invited to their own playful Alef-Bet Yoga session.

We’ll come back together at 6:45 pm for Shabbat blessings, vegan food, and time to connect as a community.
