Margolius Impossible Dream Award Celebration—an afternoon dedicated to visionaries who strengthen Jewish life across our region. Together, we will honor this year’s distinguished recipient, Rabbi Aderet Drucker, Executive Director of the Den Collective—an innovative spiritual leader, educator, and bridge-builder dedicated to creating intentional communities rooted in belonging, learning, justice, and spiritual depth.

This annual gathering honors the legacy of Phyllis Ann Goldman Margolius, z”l, whose commitment to leadership, service, and a thriving Jewish community continues to inspire. Through the partnership of the Phyllis Margolius Family Foundation and the Jewish Community Foundation, the award recognizes an outstanding Jewish communal professional whose work has made a meaningful, lasting impact.
