Find Your Balance

A four-part immersive experience designed for growth-minded women seeking depth, balance, and connection. Each in-person session will take a deep dive into the inner architecture of Jewish wisdom, drawing on: Kabbalistic structures, guided breathwork
and intentional motion. Aharona Gans has been practicing and teaching yoga and breathwork for over 20 years. Her approach weaves depth, clarity, and accessibility — creating space for participants to reconnect to balance, alignment, and inner strength.
