Day at the J
Looking for something to do on a Saturday afternoon that the kids will love and you’ll enjoy yourself? Day at the J gives the kids an afternoon of play and the adults a few hours to enjoy all the JCC has to offer before coming together for dinner and Havdalah to close out Shabbat.
While the kids are playing, adults can see Avaaz at Theater J, a solo show in which Michael Shayan brings his Iranian mother’s story to life at a Nowruz dinner party, blending humor, heart, and the immigrant experience. If you don’t want to see the show, come together to learn to knit or crochet something cozy for the winter months. As always, there will also be time to play games, enjoy drinks, work out at the gym, or just hang out with other adults.
