Connecting People, One Conversation at a Time.

The Jewish Federations’ Global Volunteer Hub is partnering with ENGin to offer a new type of volunteer opportunity to support Ukrainians.

  • Pairs English-speaking volunteers with Ukrainians seeking to sharpen their English skills for free online conversation practice and cross-cultural connection.
  • Offers monthly Jewish learning and reflection sessions for volunteers to ground the experience in Jewish values and foster a sense of community among volunteers.
  • Equips volunteers with all training and resources needed to succeed.
  • Allows participants to volunteer when it works best for their schedules.
  • This unique opportunity can even lead to a new friendship—and all you need is an internet connection to get started.

Minimum commitment: 1 hour per week for 3 months + monthly learning sessions.
