Queering Out Mother Rebekah

Rebekah doesn’t fit into the traditional gender roles of women in the Bible. Together we will take a look at the textual evidence that shows how our foremother queered womanhood in her time.  As we reimagine Rebekah’s story through a queer lens, we commit to holding this gathering as sacred ground, a place of safety and affirmation.
