JFNA – Creating Belonging in a Time of Surge

Join Jewish Federations of North America for a powerful conversation on how Jewish communities can better foster belonging for historically marginalized Jews—especially as new data shows the post-10/7 “Surge” in engagement is fading faster among these groups.

The event will begin with a presentation of the latest findings from Jewish Federations of North America, highlighting sharp declines in engagement among LGBTQ+ Jews, Jews of Color, financially vulnerable Jews, and Jews with disabilities. Then, JFNA’s Center for Jewish Belonging will share best practices for building inclusive and welcoming spaces. The session will conclude with a facilitated discussion and idea exchange to help communities take meaningful action.
