Rhythm ‘N’ Ruach high energy music and movement to encourage joyful Jewish learning. Ideal for children ages 0 – 4 years old, this program encourages children and their loved ones to participate in the music with real instrument and yoga poses, creating an inspirational and educational experience.
Crafty Tots is a multi-sensory experience designed for our littlest artists. Each class begins with story time to spark imagination and inspire the arts and crafts project.
Caregivers will participate alongside their child, making it a special bonding experience filled with mess, imagination, and lots of smiles. Each class also includes free time at the end for children to connect, move around, and get their wiggles out in our fun play space.
Join us for some music, bubbles, and stories!! We will also leave plenty of free time for families to hang out and get to know each other.

This class includes parent-baby postures and massage techniques designed to promote bonding with each other and bring a sense of calm to the baby. Unlike other yoga classes that tend to be a bit more “serious,” feel free to stop your practice to change a diaper, get some water, nurse, etc. Best for children under 1 year old. No yoga experience is necessary. Mats will be provided. There’s something for everyone in this class! Please note, you will register your child for this class.
