Founded in 1896 by Jewish soldiers of the American Civil War, Jewish War Veterans of the USA is the oldest, continuously running veterans’ organization in the country. As a service organization, JWV advocates for the rights and benefits for all veterans and works to preserve the legacy of Jewish military service.
