The Network
Where Jewish values and business leadership meet.

Network Council
A leadership group at the heart of The Network, guiding its growth and impact. Council members bring new professionals into the fold, strengthen donor relationships, and connect their networks to Jewish life. They host signature events like Cocktails & Conversation, showcasing the reach of Greater Washingtonâs Jewish business community. The Network Council represents professionals across industriesâfrom law and real estate to tech and finance.

Northern Virginia Network Alliance
All Jewish business professionals who work and live in Northern Virginia are welcome to join the Alliance for events, community building, and networking. The Alliance aims to bring together the Jewish business community in the major commerce hubs of Northern Virginia, highlighting the regionâs rapidly growing business scene.

Real Estate Division
The Real Estate Division is a multigenerational hub for professionals across commercial real estateâownership, development, construction, banking, design, and moreâwho are passionate about strengthening Jewish Greater Washington. This dynamic community connects established leaders with rising professionals, creating a powerful pipeline of mentorship and empowering the next generation to shape our future. Together, we honor the Jewish real estate communityâs historic role in growing Greater Washington and showcase the lasting impact of continued investment.

The Builders Society
At the heart of the Division is the Builders Society, Federationâs premier giving society for real estate professionals. Buildersâdevelopers, constructors, lenders, brokers, and investorsâmake an annual gift of $1,200 or more to Federationâs Annual Campaign. In return, they gain access to exclusive small dinners, private breakfasts, and Network-wide events that strengthen relationships and amplify collective impact. More than philanthropy, Builders Society membership is a platform for connection, influence, and leadership in our community.

Family Business
A space for second- and third-generation professionals stepping into leadership within their family enterprises. Members explore challenges and opportunities in succession planning, working with relatives, and shaping a familyâs philanthropic visionâall through a Jewish lens. This group builds connections among peers who will transform Jewish leadership and influence the Greater Washington business community in the decades ahead.
