The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington stands at the heart of the Greater Washington Jewish community. It is uniquely positioned to have far-reaching impact by identifying and addressing evolving needs through its network of partners, shaping vibrant Jewish life through the power of collective giving, and responding to crisis locally and overseas.

Through Federation’s NEXUS program, participants will:

• Connect with visionary leaders and peers from the Jewish community in Greater Washington.
• Explore what it means to lead inclusively and courageously.
• Engage in powerful conversations around identity, giving, and impact.
• Access Federation’s robust network of community builders and resources.

NEXUS participants will walk away with:

• A deeper understanding of inclusive leadership within the Jewish community.
• Insight into the Federation’s role in shaping Jewish life locally and overseas.
• A strong grasp of the power of collective giving.
• Tools to navigate hard conversations with empathy and authenticity.

Applications for NEXUS 2026 are now closed.
