Impact in Action – Everything But The Turkey Community Shift 2

Join us for Everything But The Turkey (EBTT), a signature program of the Edlavitch DCJCC since 1996, for an opportunity to make a difference. Chop, mix, grate, and prepare thousands of festive Thanksgiving side dishes for those experiencing hunger and homelessness in our region. Edlavitch DCJCC’s program partner, DC Central Kitchen, will throw in the turkeys and distribute healthy Thanksgiving meals to homeless shelters, transitional housing facilities, and other social service agencies in the District.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for a short welcome session that will frame the service project and highlight Federation’s impactful partnership with the Edlavitch DC JCC. Open to all ages.
