Inclusion Discussion Guides

Federation is proud to join together with Jewish organizations and communities around the world in this unified effort to raise awareness and champion the rights of people with disabilities.

The Discussion Guides are designed to spark conversation about the accessibility in six areas of engagement. Gather your colleagues and start a conversation within your organization that will increase awareness and encourage attitudinal adjustments through exploration of accommodations to enable your organization to be fully inclusive. As with all disability inclusion work, the voices of those with disabilities is essential to this process.

Additional information about optimizing your organization’s accessibility can be found on Federation’s Community Resource website.
