Road to Independence Resource Fair, Session 4: Living Independently Without Government Benefits

What do you do if you don’t qualify for state or federal services as a person with a disability? Where can you turn for help with budgeting, daily living, cooking, or getting to work? Hear from experts and young adults with disabilities who are making a success of living on their own.

The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, in partnership with the Transition Work Group of Montgomery County, is pleased to host five webinars during the month of May, offering a wealth of information about mental health, government benefits, housing, independent living, and recreation. This event is free and open to adults, young adults, and high school students who are transitioning into the workforce or higher education.
