The Network’s Real Estate Division: WhyHotel @ The Boro/Tysons

January 24, 2020 8:30 am - 10:00 am

Join The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington’s Real Estate Division event with The Boro to learn about The Meridian Group’s vision to transform the Tysons market from a “commuter-driven” “Edge City” to a dynamic, self-sustaining urban district. We will also hear about the innovative model of WhyHotel, one of the nation’s fastest growing real estate tech firms, which functions as a “pop-up” hotel out of vacant, newly-built, luxury apartment buildings.

Join us to learn about a new and refreshing approach to mixed-use development in the DC area.
