Barbara Beizer, B2Works, Leadership & Transition Coaching
Barbara is a leadership and transition coach who helps individuals successfully navigate change and grow, professionally and personally. Building on a successful career in organizational and leadership development, she is recognized for her impactful workshops on change, resilience, and well-being. Barbara served in the Peace Corps, and does pro bono career and leadership coaching for several organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Change. She has also done extensive training in adult development, vulnerability, social justice, trauma mitigation, and Compassionate Inquiry, and is currently studying the Neurobiology of Change.
John Collins, Executive Leadership Coach
John is an Executive Leadership Coach and USAID Foreign Service Officer with over two decades of experience in international education program management, strategic planning, and facilitation. He has designed and led education and professional development initiatives across the Middle East & North Africa, Asia, and Africa, including retreats, mentorship programs, on-the-job training, and leadership coaching. John builds inclusive, high-performing teams and empowers professionals navigating career transitions. Currently on administrative leave from USAID, John offers pro bono coaching to colleagues impacted by the Agency’s closure.
Roberta Miceli, Miceli Executive Leadership Coaching
Roberta is an executive leadership coach and facilitator with over 30 years of leadership and transition expertise. In her senior leadership roles in the federal government and non-profit sectors, Roberta led reorganization and transition efforts. As a certified Designing Your Work Life™(DYWL) Coach, Roberta has supported over 100 individuals make career transitions. A recent client shared, “… I reframed my thinking and realized the world is full of opportunities.” Roberta is a PCC-level leadership coach and a graduate of the Georgetown University Executive Leadership Coaching program.
