Join Rabbi Aderet for Awakened Heart, a holistic and soulful mindfulness experience that will take us on an individual journey from being present to what is in our hearts to connecting with the community around us. Together, we will foster a space to deepen care for ourselves – mind, body, heart, and soul. Grounding in Torah learning, mindfulness meditation, and sacred chanting, we will move through our soulful and uplifting Shabbat contemplative service together.
No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome. You are invited to dress in comfortable clothing.
