Honeymoon Israel

Honeymoon Israel
Visit honeymoonisrael.org to learn more about upcoming trips.

Experience Israel’s culture, beauty, and society over nine days in a way you could never do on your own. You and 20 other couples will spend nine days hitting the best tourist spots—the Western Wall, Jerusalem’s Old City, the beaches of Tel Aviv—as well as unique experiences you wouldn’t get on a standard vacation, like meals with local families and meetings with high-level public officials and business leaders.

You’ll visit sites important to Jewish, Christian, and Muslim history, taste the best Israeli food and wine, encounter the natural beauty of the Middle East, and meet Israeli peers to hear about life in Israel from their point of view. Trip itineraries balance group experiences and alone time for you and your partner—and neither involves sitting in a classroom. You’ll be out and about most of the day, and have plenty of opportunities for reflection over meals and through structured discussions about politics, religion, and other important topics. Every trip includes two unique Shabbat experiences—a traditional Shabbat in Jerusalem, and a modern Shabbat experience in Tel Aviv.

This opportunity is provided by Honeymoon Israel in partnership with The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, Sixth & I Historic Synagogue and InterfaithFamily/DC.
