The Jewish Leadership Institute:

The Jewish Leadership Institute (JLI) is committed to Jewish leadership development, education and networking. JLI offers classes, events and training, as well as individual and group consulting and coaching. JLI strives to support Washington area Jewish Professionals and Volunteer Leaders to excel in their positions and continue to successfully move our community into a vibrant future.

The Tomorrow Fellowship
Sponsored by a generous grant from Phyllis (z"l) and Phil Margolius

The Tomorrow Fellowship is an intensive leadership development training program for mid- to upper-level executives working in a Jewish setting within the Greater Washington area. Taught by local and national experts, Fellows learn techniques and gain training needed to move our Jewish community into the future. Through a series of classes and workshops, Fellows learn through formal meetings, time with Federation leadership consultants and through networking opportunities with peers. The Tomorrow Fellowship culminates with a trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida to learn from Disney Institute professionals. For more information please contact Diane Cutler Green, Director of the Jewish Leadership Institute at or 301.230.7285.
