Young Leadership is the entry point for young adults to become involved in the Greater Washington Jewish community. We provide a social connection, networking opportunities, leadership development, philanthropic advancement and a deepening of Jewish knowledge in an effort to ensure that the communal values of one generation will be carried into the next.

Taglit-Birthright Israel: DC Community Trips Registration opens on Tuesday!
Calling all Jewish young adults, ages 22 to 26, living in the Greater Washington area – including those of you who went on a high school peer trip to Israel. Join peers from the DC-area on the trip of a lifetime this summer. Registration opens February 18 for past applicants and February 19 for new applicants. Join Young Leadership at the Washington DCJCC from 1:00–4:00 p.m. to help us bring home a gold medal! On the 23rd, athletes from around the world will conclude competing in the 2014 Winter Olympics and in the Greater Washington area, we’ll be taking part in an Olympics of our own. We’re all part of a team that will come together to achieve the GOLD and we can’t do it without you. Mitzvah Mavens: Combating Hunger

Join Mitzvah Mavens and the Jewish Food Experience to combat hunger by assembling “power packs” for disadvantaged children in our community. The packs will include healthy food to get local children through the weekend. Mitzvah Hoppin' at Good Deeds Day: Combating Hunger Together
