The Center for Israel Studies invites you to join us for a very special event: a book talk by Dr. Maina Singh, AU Clenendon Scholar-in-Residence, on her new book, ‘Being Indian, Being Israeli: Migration, Ethnicity and Gender in the Jewish Homeland’. Dr. Singh teaches at the University of Delhi. She will be discussing the issues of ethnicity and the immigrant experience in the book with Mrs. Sally Oren, wife of the Israeli Ambassador to the United States.
