Fire in the Carmel

The fire in Northern Israel, which killed 40 prison guards on a bus earlier today, is raging and out of control. So far 12,000 people have been evacuated from their homes and it has been officially called a national disaster, the Prime Minister has appealed for international help.

I know that all of our thoughts are with Israel now and that we will standby to see what we can do once the fire has been put out and the extent of this tragedy can be fully understood.
